The Roof Guardian from Omni Containtainment Systems is roof mount grease containment system that is ideal for applications where a typical grease box might not work. It features a state of the art, five-layered, grease filtration system to help keep your roof grease free.

5 Layers of Protection
- The porous top layer filter helps grease disperse evenly to the lower filter levels
- 2nd layer of hydrophobic material, catches & absorbs grease, yet allows water through
- The 3rd, plastic back, absorbent layer adds extra rooftop protection
- The 4th layer, the same material as the top layer, keeps grease saturated filters off the roof
- The 5th layer of protection is a fire barrier rated for continuous temperatures of 1000 degrees
