The 2000 foot, all paper twist tie material is the perfect flexible, durable and reusable material for your application. The 316 spools are designed with a solid 27-gauge metal core encased in paper to resist rust. The pliable core and paper sheath wrap around your product to be bundled. From the Food Industry to the Industrial Market, our spools provide the ideal closure for your applications. Coupled with our Ink Jet Printer, this paper spool material does double duty as a temporary fastening solution with the added benefit of a custom print. Choose from a collection of various colors.
Uniform in color with no discoloration. The tie surface is to be smooth except where necessary to conform to the wire. The tie shall have no kinks, twists, or tears, which would interfere with performance on customer’s machines or detract from finished package appearance. Construction to consist of paper/paper lamination. Lamination bond will be of such strength that paper/paper tear will result before de-lamination of paper/paper surface occurs. The traverse rate shall be fast enough to prevent tie tangling. The spooled tie shall have sufficient traverse and proper edge build so that no overwinds (or other problems) occur which would prevent steady payout from the spool.
