The Jobe Tranz Former valve is designed to fit an existing common water tank float valve that is mounted to the sidewall of a tank or inside a cool cell trough. The Tranz Former transforms a common low flow valve into a high flow diaphragm valve by utilizing the existing valve as the float, mount and actuator. Tranz Former valves are a good choice where there is an existing valve that cannot meet higher flow requirements.
Installation Steps:
- Remove supply hose from existing float valve mount.
- Attach Jobe Tranz Former valve to the float valve inlet.
- Remove Tranz Former quick connect hose fitting (eliminates hose twist) from the valve and attach supply line hose.
- Re-attach Tranz Former quick connect fitting to the valve and tighten to secure.
