All Vario grinders sold from our site are upgraded with the new motherboard, which includes the ability to save the programmed memory after unplugged and a sleep mode option.
The Vario Grinder performs well and is versatile. It allows the user to dial in the grind setting from the more demanding espresso machine to a French press and everything in between. An additional “fine tuning” lever on the left side allows micro adjustments (and keeps memorized settings when unit is unplugged).
